With 22 miles of coastline, cliffs, coves and beaches together with a warm, mild climate the English Riviera has been a popular destination since Victorian times. Wander down to the harbour through the beautifully maintained gardens, stop at the many pavement pubs, cafes and restaurants or visit one of the many attractions nearby. Take a ferry from Torquay to the fishing port of Brixham or drive to Kingswear and take the ferry over to beautiful Dartmouth. If you feel more energetic ramble along the beautiful coastal path or inland up the River Dart to the home of Agatha Christie.
