TERMS & CONDITIONS

•  As we are a small family run establishment there is no night porter facility, the latest check-in time is 22:00 hrs. Check out on day of departure is 10:00am.

•  We have no facilities for children under 5 and regret we cannot accommodate Hen, Stag or single sex group bookings.

•  To guarantee your reservation, a credit or debit card number is required. A deposit of 20% of the total holiday cost or the cost of the first nights stay (whichever is greater) is taken at the time of booking. The balance is payable on arrival by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. (charges apply on cards).

•  In the event of a cancellation with less than 10 days notice, a further 30% will be taken if the room is not re-let for the dates originally booked. A no show charge of up to 100% will apply if the accommodation is not re-booked for this period.

•  In the event of an early departure, guests will be liable for the full amount of the cost of their stay.

•  Buckingham Lodge is a 100% no smoking hotel; smoking is not allowed in any part of the building. Regrettably guests will be requested to leave if found smoking. In these circumstances there will be no refund of monies and in addition a surcharge of £50.00 will be become payable towards the cost of additional cleaning. This will be charged to the debit/credit card provided as surety for the reservation at the time of booking.

•  All damages & breakages will be charged at new replacement cost.
